Child Safety Standards

Gatekeep and its related services (the “Application”), operated by Yash Rao, are committed to protecting children and to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. This page sets out our standards, how we enforce them, and how to report a concern.
Minimum age
The Application is intended for users aged 13 and older, or such higher age as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to create accounts. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under the minimum age, we will remove it.
Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on the Application, without exception:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any image, video, or content that sexualizes a minor.
- Grooming, solicitation, or enticement of a minor for sexual purposes, including attempts to arrange contact.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or any sexual exploitation of a minor.
- Sharing, requesting, promoting, or linking to any of the above.
How we prevent and respond
- Enforcement: Content or accounts that violate these standards are removed and the responsible accounts are terminated.
- Reporting to authorities: We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement as required by applicable law (including, in the United States, 18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
- Preservation: Where required by law, we preserve relevant information to support investigations.
How to report a concern
We provide an in-app way to report and block. On any profile, take, or piece of content, use Report to flag it for review, and use Block to stop further contact from a user. Reports are routed to our team for review and action.
You can also report child-safety concerns directly to us by email at yash@getgatekeep.com. Please include enough detail (such as the username or content involved) for us to act.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law enforcement first. You can also report suspected child exploitation to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
Compliance
We comply with applicable child-safety laws and with the standards of the platforms we distribute on, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. We review and update these standards as our service and the law evolve.
